The IT company Andersen invites a Salesforce Developer to work on a large-scale internal project. The role focuses on improving scalability and streamlining key business processes.Andersen is a European pre-IPO IT company uniting over 3,500 top-class professionals: developers, architects, testers, analysts, and other specialists. For over 17 years, we have been building efficient digital solutions for customers worldwide, focusing on such business areas as FinTech, Healthcare, and Media & Entertainment.The project is focused on migrating Andersen’s custom-built CRM system, designed around the company’s internal business processes, to the Salesforce platform. The CRM covers key functions such as candidate management, vacancy tracking, and sales processes. The goal is to transition to Salesforce to improve scalability, streamline operations, and enhance overall system efficiency.Responsibilities:
  • Creating functions that the system should have.
  • Analyzing the available data and transforming it into the required form.
  • Working with a QA specialist to fix bugs.
  • Creating Unit Tests.
  • Participating in task assessment sessions.
  • Conducting investigations.
  • Taking part in various meetings.
Must-haves:
  • Experience in Salesforce for 2+ years.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud features and customization.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce Security Model, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  • Developed communication skills, proactivity and agility.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience working in large teams (more than 8 people).
  • Experience working on a large product.
