- Develop and implement a comprehensive local strategy to drive revenue growth for our restaurant, retail and merchant ads business.
- Build and manage relationships with key industry players, including global brands, franchises, and local restaurants and merchants.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ads and promos sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition.
- Support a high-performing local commercial team to exceed ad revenue targets and customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and account management, to ensure sales objectives are met.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on sales ROI and key trends.
- Negotiate and close advertising investment deals with a focus on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer engagement.
- Assist in driving venue activation by ensuring partners are engaged and utilizing the platform effectively.
- Set-up and launch ad and promos campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of delivery and performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing data and proactively identifying optimization opportunities through performance dashboards.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery and performance, working with technical teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Work with the BI team to develop and maintain ad reporting dashboards and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve ad operations processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, account management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management in relevant industries (advertising sales, restaurants, retail)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior executives and clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on win-win solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully driving revenue growth through partnerships or ads.
- Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English.
