With a clear vision for the future, our remote, passionate, and diverse team is continuously expanding, and we are on the lookout for talented individuals to join us on our exciting journey.About the Role:The Senior Product Manager mission is to deeply understand customer use cases & being obsessed about customer needs, shape a strategic product roadmap, solving core technical challenges and deliver products that increase revenue, retention, and market differentiation.This role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on technical execution and is essential to the future of the business.Reporting directly to the CEO, the product manager will oversee the product & technology part of the product.Your First Mission: Diagnosis (First 30 Days)In your first 30 days, you will be in diagnosis mode. You’ll perform a deep technical + product diagnosis of our end-to-end — including proxies, WHMCS dependencies, networking layers, billing flows, and internal tooling & customer needs.You must be able to:
- Explain root causes vs surface symptoms clearly.
- Recommend exactly how to build the proxy product/platform in the most agile & lean way possible, decoupled from the current tech-stack.
- Create a 90-day execution plan that aligns technical realities with business goals
- Technical Outcome Ownership: Own and define the technical aspects that becomes the backbone of our product, enabling fast, reliable feature development and future scalability
- Engineering Leadership & Collaboration: Partner closely with engineers to guide technical decisions & Evaluate developer performance and provide corrective direction when needed
- Product Outcome Ownership: Define and own product north-star metrics. You will be accountable for moving these numbers in production and proving causality between product decisions and customer outcomes.
- Customer Discovery: Run ICP interviews, translate insights into product priorities, and validate value delivered.
- Deep Technical Product Skills: You are not just a product manager. You possess very deep technical skills which helps you bridge the gap between developers, product & knowing what developers need in their products. You have solid understanding in networking, proxies, APIs, IP & pools.
- Experience With Developer-First products: APIs, SDKs, integrations, lifecycle governance. You are comfortable reading code, understanding system constraints, and guiding engineering decisions.
- System Thinking: You understand how complex technical systems fit together — allowing you to anticipate dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and make product decisions that align with architectural realities
- Business Accumen: You make product decisions with a clear understanding of revenue, margins, costs, ROI, and market dynamics — ensuring that every feature drives measurable business impact. You translate tech language to CEO language well.
- Product Discovery & Research Excellence: You use structured frameworks to deeply understand customer needs, uncover root problems, and validate solutions before building.
- Data & Analytics Competency: You are highly data-driven. You independently pull data, analyze patterns, and make decisions based on real evidence — not assumptions. You are able to structure dashboards, interpret product metrics, and use data to prioritize the roadmap
- AI + Coding: Ability to leverage AI tools for fast iteration while maintaining high quality.
- Start-up Mentality: You love wearing multiple hats, happy to own both the technical decisions and the product direction, while working in small teams.
- Hands-on approach: You are ready to roll up your sleeves & delve deep into intricate details of the technology & product in a fast-paced/agile work enviorement.
- Customer Obsession: You deeply understand and care about customer pains, use cases, and workflows. You constantly talk to customers, gather insights, and think about the product from the customer's point of view rather than your own.
- Extreme Ownership: You take full responsibility for outcomes — not tasks. You naturally step into gaps, solve problems proactively, and operate like a founder inside the product. You are comfortable working in fast, lean, high-ownership environments.
- High Technical Passion: You’re naturally passionate about technology. You love learning how systems work — proxies, networks, APIs, infrastructure — and actively seek technical depth. You ask smart questions to find solutions, dive into logs, code and thrive at the intersection of engineering and user needs
- 5+ yrs of B2B SaaS targeting SMBs/mid-market experience is increasingly important.
- 5+ yrs of engineering background.
- 5+ years in SaaS infrastructure, API platforms, devtools, networking, or proxy/web scraping environments
- 2+ years of experience in a broader business or product involvement — not just backlog & technical delivery. You’ve been accountable for strategic product decisions, and can translate engineering language to product language based on customer needs.
- Familiarity with SaaS product metrics.

- Initial Screening Call: Everything starts with a 30-minute call & Filling a form application (Up to 30 minutes).
- Test task + Personality tests: In this phase, we do a paid test task & personality tests.
- Technical Interview with CTO (45-60 minutes): In this phase, we focus on your technical skills needed for the role.
- Interview with CEO (2 hours): In this phase, we focus on the specific skills and traits needed for the role alongside a deep-dive conversation into your entire career history
- Reference Check: Before extending an offer, we request references from past colleagues—ideally including peers, managers, and subordinates. We’ll ask you to facilitate these conversations so we can get a well-rounded view of your working style.
