- Designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Building and managing email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce CRM and Pardot.
- Developing automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Staying updated on best practices and new features of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
- Experience in Marketing Automation for 3+ years.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) for 2+ years.
- - Strong knowledge of B2B marketing processes, lead generation, and demand generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, segmentation, lead nurturing, and scoring.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Pardot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification.
