The Sales Training Officer will be responsible for designing and delivering educational sessions on macroeconomic and microeconomic topics to internal teams. This role supports the development of commercial and strategic understanding across departments, contributing to a more informed and effective workforce.The ideal candidate will have strong foundational knowledge in economics and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences. For topics outside their expertise, the Sales Training Officer will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and co-deliver training sessions.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and conduct training sessions on macroeconomics, microeconomics, and related business topics.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to gather content and co-present specialized sessions.
  • Create learning materials, presentations, and guides tailored to internal audiences.
  • Assess training needs and adjust content based on feedback and business priorities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and commercial awareness across teams.
  • Track participation and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements
  • Strong academic or professional background in economics (macroeconomics and microeconomics).
  • Experience in training, education, or internal communications is an advantage.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across departments.
  • Proficiency in English; Russian or Kazakh is a plus.
