Sales Support Coordinator (English)

Main Responsibilities of this job:
1. Responsible for daily sales order operation in ERP system, order checking, payment fulfillment, and customer delivery; Follow up the order fulfillment of contract customers, and follow up the order;
2. Product price management, control of special price, and establishment of price list.
3. Responsible for the preparation and review of sales contracts, and file and keep them;
4. Responsible for sales statistics, making various reports and analyzing data;
5. Check the accounts with the finance department, solve the problem of differences, and handle the issue of customer billing;
6. Complete other work assigned by the superior.
7. Before the salespeople start their positions, they are responsible for accompanying and visiting clients during domestic business trips, and for providing translation support.Requirement:1. English can be used as a working language2. Have 1 to 3 years of experience in providing sales support assistance3. Good at communication, able to undertake short-term domestic business trips during the company's early establishment stage. The main task is to take on the responsibility of providing translation assistance.4. Kazakhstani nationalityAt present, our subsidiary in Kazakhstan is in the process of establishment. It is expected to be fully established by early March this year. Our company's headquarters is in Guangzhou, China. We currently have subsidiaries in 20 countries around the world.We are a leading manufacturer of medical equipment for blood purification equitment (Hemodialysis machine, fistul needle, Bloodline,dialyzer, medical consumables), headquartered in Guangzhou, China.
