Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Operator to join our production team. The Paint Operator is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing products according to quality standards, safety requirements, and production schedules.Key Responsibilities

Operate painting equipment (spray guns, automated paint lines, booths)
Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, masking, sanding)
Mix and apply paints, coatings, or finishes according to specifications
Monitor paint quality, thickness, and coverage
Perform visual inspections and touch-ups as required
Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper cleaning after use
Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
Record production data and report defects or equipment issues
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet targets

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a Paint Operator or in industrial painting is an advantage
Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
Basic understanding of safety standards and chemical handling
Ability to read work instructions and technical specifications
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Willingness to work shifts, if required
