- Higher education, preferably in education, management, international relations, marketing or other related fields, preferably from a higher educational institution with the English language of instruction.
- A Master’s degree.
- Minimum 7 (seven) years in the relevant field with at least three of them supervising people.
- Minimum 5 (five) years with a PhD degree in the relevant area.
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in English, Kazakh and Russian.
- High level of knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Problem-solving using innovative skills and creativity.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of information from various sources to support decision-making.
- Policy and procedure development.
- Preparation of reports, analytical notes, and departmental budget.
- Working with representatives of different cultures and nationalities.
- Budget planning.
- Management skills.
- Communication skills.
- Presentation skills.
