This position involves leading the sales team, expanding the client base, building long-term relationships with partners and customers, and ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement at all stages of interaction.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.Manage and motivate the sales team, set KPIs, and support professional development.Build long-term relationships with key clients and partners; lead negotiations and close deals.Work closely with marketing and other departments to coordinate campaigns and events.Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies effectively.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience in sales management.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes and CRM systems.Coventry University, основанный в 1843 году, является современной и перспективной образовательной организацией с гордой традицией предоставления качественного образования.
