- Designing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies that drive player acquisition and boost revenue.
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding affiliate partners to grow a robust, diverse network.
- Building long-term relationships through structured communication, support, and performance incentives.
- Monitoring KPIs, evaluating campaign results, and optimizing performance.
- Staying sharp on market trends, industry shifts, and competitor moves.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams.
- Reporting on performance and presenting actionable insights to leadership.
- 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming with KZ, UZ, KG.
- Proven track record in affiliate acquisition and portfolio management.
- Deep understanding of RevShare models — from negotiation to performance analysis.
- Hands-on with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and analytics tools.
- Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Familiarity with CIS, Asian, European, African markets.
