- Sales & Lead Management: Respond to inquiries, provide accurate quotes for cleaning services, and follow up diligently with leads to grow our client base.
- Customer Experience: Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving complaints or service issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Operational Support: Support the Office Manager with scheduling, route coordination, and shift management for our cleaning staff.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update client records, job details, and service history within our system.
- Logistics: Manage last-minute cancellations, rescheduling requests, and the communication of specific work orders to the field crew.
- Administrative Efficiency: Handle invoicing, data entry, and email correspondence to keep the office organized.
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is required, preferably within the residential cleaning or service-based industry.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems is a must. Direct familiarity with MaidCentral CRM is a major plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to build instant rapport with clients.
- Ability to handle high-pressure scheduling changes and client concerns with a calm, professional "can-do" attitude.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without letting details slip through the cracks.
- A team-player mindset, ready to support the Office Manager and communicate effectively with the cleaning crew.
