Development Planning Team Lead , Atyrau 5/2

• Organizes the collection, processing, analysis and systematization of scientific and technical information, ensures high quality and timeliness of work, compliance of the developed projects with current standards, as well as modern achievements in science and technology
• Project Management Functional Excellence supporting the Logistics Manager applying the Project Management Process (PMP);
• Organizes the handover of studies results to the Directorate in charge of implementation
• Engagement in the turnaround works (with/without plant shutdown), as well as in pre-turnaround and post-turnaround activities at any site location of the Company’s facilities (further - Turnaround);

• Higher Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical discipline
• Minimum 6-8 years of Front-End Development Management experience in large oil & gas projects
• Experience in front-end surface facility, logistics and infrastructure development are considered as an advantage
• Demonstrable experience (min. 5 years) in management / supervisory role
• Previous experience and familiarity with RoK and/ or other Caspian projects highly desirable
• 10+ years of experience minimum, including assignments to operational positions in subsidiaries and deep knowledge of one or two subsurface and/or surface trade
• Knowledge of languages: Kazakh, Russian, English
