Sales & Marketing assitant / Ассистент по продажам и маркетингу (сельское хозяйство/семенной бизнес)

• Provide customer service & take part in the demand creation (lead identification & capture, accounts follow-up)
• Support sales administration (contracts, delivery, quality control)

• Think & build the annual marketing & communication plan with the other team members
• Support & animate the promotion action plan (promotion actions, key accounts care, events organization, …)
• Create & produce traditional media supports (product & services catalogue, technical & advising content, advertisements, ...)
• Manage digital media channels & social media campaigns

• Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English languages
• Uzbek & French languages are bonus
• Knowledge and experience in strategic marketing, sales & communication
• IT Tools friendly; office suite, content design tools, CRM
• Self organized (short, mid & long term tasks)
• Communication skills & good relationship to be in interface with different services & people
• Sens of responsibility, dynamism and creativity
• Any agricultural knowledge/ ag. inputs distribution will be welcome
