Required skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Project Server (2013, 2016, or Project Online).
  • Experience with SharePoint administration on-premises or online.
  • Strong understanding of EPM (Enterprise Project Management) concepts, PPM processes, Active Directory, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, including database maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • English B1+.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support Microsoft Project Server/Project Online, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system security to ensure reliable access and data protection.
  • Collaborate with PMs and PMO teams to optimize workflows, resource planning, and timesheet usage.
  • Customize and maintain enterprise fields, views, templates, calendars, and reports.
  • Support integrations with SharePoint, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and other related tools.
  • Provide user training, create documentation, and stay updated on new features and best practices.
