We are seeking a dynamic Employer Branding & University Relations Specialist to enhance our employer brand and build strong talent pipelines through university partnerships. This role combines brand storytelling, early talent engagement to position our company as an employer of choice for both experienced professionals and emerging talent.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployer Branding:Develop and implement employer branding strategies that promote EY unique culture, values, and employee experience.Create compelling multimedia content (e.g., videos, blogs, employee spotlights, social media posts) to showcase life at EYManage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Istagram, LinkedIn and career sites.University RelationsDevelop and execute a strategic university relations plan aligned with our early talent hiring goals.Build and maintain relationships with key universities, colleges, and student organizations.Coordinate and attend campus recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, and student competitions.Partner with hiring managers to identify internship and entry-level hiring needs and plan campus engagement accordingly.Lead internship program branding, promotion, and candidate experience strategy.Manage communications with students and recent graduates, ensuring an engaging and seamless candidate experience.Collaborate with interns and recent hires to feature their experiences as part of brand storytelling.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.1-3 years of experience in employer branding, university relations, recruitment marketing, or a related area.Strong storytelling, content creation, and social media management skills.Experience organizing events and building partnerships with educational institutions.Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.Comfortable presenting to student audiences and representing the company at events.About EYEY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services.
