This achievement reflects our core belief that a truly exceptional workplace is built on trust, pride, and camaraderie—not just great perks.We are looking for a Partner Account Manager that is fluent in Chinese, Russian and English to join the team!Your main tasks will be:

Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests
Leverage market and central team insights and develop winning strategies to drive and develop partner portfolio growth (edited)
Leverage market and central team insights and develop winning strategies to drive and develop partner portfolio growth
Provide partners with comprehensive consultancy, support, advice and training on the use of system portals
Analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities and areas for improvement;
Developing and implementing cost optimization strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders;

We expect from you:

Fluency in Chinese (C1), Russian (C1), and English (B2)
Excellent communication skills
Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims
Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
Advanced user of Google Workspace

What do we offer:

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
