Responsibilities:Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Cargo Handling Manual and Quality Control documentation.Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards established by regulatory authorities and company procedures.Negotiates cargo handling contracts in collaboration with the General Manager of Airport Accounting and Customer Service and station budgets.Organizes regular meetings with station representatives and ground handlers through the network at Astana Airport.Conducts audits of cargo operation safety and quality.Analyzes daily and weekly cargo performance indicators.Takes necessary actions to improve the efficiency, reliability, and security of cargo operations.Plans and organizes training programs at stations where necessary.Monitors cargo transportation violations and compensates as needed.Requirements:Higher education.At least 5 years of experience as a Cargo Manager or Sales Representative.Intermediate level of English.Experience in solving operational cargo issues.Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation regulations.High level of organization and efficiency.In-depth knowledge of the air cargo industry.Experience in conducting audits.QAZAQ AIR was established on April 1, 2015 and operated its first commercial flight on August 27, 2015.The airline is an official member of IATA and has been successfully certified under the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program since 2018.On May 6, 2025, in the presence of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Mr. To Lam, General Secretary of Vietnam, the privatization of QAZAQ AIR was completed.The shareholders of QAZAQ AIR are:

Samruk-Kazyna JSC – 49%
Central Asia Aviation Holdings Limited (part of the Vietnamese Sovico Group) – 49%
Kazasia Holdings Limited – 2%

On the same day, during the Kazakhstan–Vietnam Business Forum in Astana, QAZAQ AIR and Vietjet announced a strategic partnership and the launch of the new brand — Vietjet Qazaqstan.
