- Account support:
- provide required assistance to the account manager and business development staff related to contract renewals, onboarding of new clients and clinic members
- prepare client presentations and reports on utilization of services and other key metrics
- assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR’s/ QBR’s)
- prepare and draft contracts and proposals using available templates as required; maintain proper storage of all supporting documents on shared drive as well as physical storage
- Client & Commercial Services
- Ensure real time update of all client related activities into CRM (Salesforce.com) not limited to the following activities:
- Perform monthly and quarterly compliance checks on sales team opportunities on CRM
- Provide technical assistance to sales team for any troubleshooting (full training will be provided)
- Run regular training for team on CRM
- Create policies and make program adjustments for existing and new clinic members on clinic PMO system
- Bid/Tender support
- Support the Sales Team during tender processes by streamlining the administration of the Bid Team, support with bid documentation and ensure bid compliance.
- Support with registration on Clients’ bidding platforms and support with compliant bid submission
- Marketing support
- Provide generalist support to the marketing executive
- Communicate and liaise with marketing agency
- Support in the organisation of physical and online events (webinars, conferences, etc)
- Liaise with suppliers re. development and design of marketing collaterals
- Fluent Russian & English oral and written skills are essential.
- Sound working knowledge of key Microsoft programs including Powerpoint, Excel
- Experience with social media marketing would be advantageous
- Experience in developing key visuals (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop) will be desirable
