- Actively search for and attract new clients (construction companies, contractors, dealers).
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Provide консультации on Sika product portfolio.
- Conduct negotiations, presentations, and technical consultations.
- Develop customized commercial proposals based on client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Control payments, delivery terms fulfillment, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain sales reporting, customer database management, and performance analytics.
- Coordinate orders with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Cooperate with Sika technical specialists to select optimal solutions for clients.
- Participate in marketing activities: promotions, new product launches, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Monitor market demand, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Analyze customer needs and provide proposals for product portfolio development.
- Identify opportunities to expand Sika’s market share in the construction materials segment.
- Conduct master classes, product demonstrations, and technical seminars.
- Train partners and clients on Sika product application technologies.
- Advise clients on construction standards and regulatory requirements.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales of construction materials (dry mixes, waterproofing materials, adhesives, etc.).
- Experience working with B2B clients (dealers, construction companies, contractors, distributors).
- Knowledge of Sika products and technologies or similar brands will be an advantage.
- Understanding of the construction materials market and technical product characteristics.
- Active sales skills, negotiation skills, and ability to handle objections.
- Confident PC user (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to actively search for new clients and perform field-based work.
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with data and forecasts.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business trips.
- Experience in delivering presentations, providing technical consultations, and participating in exhibitions is an advantage.
- Work schedule: 5/2 (in agreement with the manager: 08:00–17:00 / 09:00–18:00);
