You’ll work alongside collaborative, detail-oriented, and innovative teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, directly impacting the success of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (finance, treasury, and operations teams), manage supplier reconciliations and advance payments, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of supplier reconciliations and foreign currency contract administration, but also support treasury management and financial reporting.We’ll look to you for:Performing regular reconciliations with external and internal suppliers and customers to ensure accurate transaction records and outstanding balancesManaging advance payments, including compliance checks, settlements, write-offs, and reportingAdministering foreign currency contracts in compliance with regulatory requirementsResolving foreign currency repatriation issues and consolidating reports from multiple banking institutionsPreparing comprehensive monthly reports for advances and foreign currency contractsSupporting treasury management, financial KPIs, and reporting to the National BankCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevanceActing as a business partner in specific financial projectsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
