
(German & English, short-term) Business Development Representative (remotely)

- Assist in executing email and partner marketing campaigns
- Update Salesforce with deal information
- Manage lead queues for partner campaigns, including coordination with the SSR team on pricing and quotes
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
- Excellent German and English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Prior experience in Business Development and Sales
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
- Experience in the IT industry
- Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator
- Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, CET
