- Lead the daily operations of the local delivery team, ensuring services meet expectations.
- Deliver and oversee solutions in Windows Server, Azure, O365, SQL, AD/AAD, and IT Security.
- Allocate workload, track progress, and manage risks to keep projects on time and budget.
- Handle escalations, resolve challenges, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Work closely with global teams to align delivery standards and share best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
- Hands-on technical experience in Microsoft platforms and IT services delivery.
- Proven ability to manage customers, prioritize effectively, and solve complex issues.
- Experience with project or service management in multi-client environments.
- Fluency in English (Russian or Kazakh is a plus).
- Relevant Microsoft or service delivery certifications are welcome.
