  • Early Childhood Education degree/certification required
  • Fluent English
  • 2+ years experience with toddlers (ages 2-3)
  • Strong knowledge of play-based learning and child development
  • Calm, patient, and nurturing personality
  • Ability to lead classroom and mentor assistant teachers
