Responsible for supporting the Field teams in the following: operational support (Mars-Distributors), overseeing and tracking sales function activities (sales KPI’s, metrics, etc.), internal governance
related activities, sales co-ordination activities e.g. distribution of materials to field.
Job responsibilities:
- Operational budget tracking & reconciliations (Sales budgets: TE, OVH, NQC)
- Operationally support Field sales team, Distributors and Internal Stakeholders with price architecture calculation, contract management, performance evaluation within trading terms and etc)
- Drive governance agenda within unit for all sales operational processes.
- Work closely with the Field Sales Team, Supply, Demand & S&F to understand internal needs and work on continuous improvement & optimization of operational support
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Good communication skills (both oral and written) and discipline
- Ability to work with large amount of information/data, attention to details
- Continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for enhancement
- Accurate and effective planning (process management)
- English & Russian – Upper intermediate
- Experienced in MS office programs
