Responsibilties:
  • Daily Monitoring: Stay updated on all tender sites to identify relevant opportunities.
  • Tender Preparation: Create comprehensive tenders and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Contract Management: Oversee won tenders in terms of contracts and acts on electronic trading platforms.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain documentation related to the tender process.
  • Request Processing: Efficiently handle incoming requests and inquiries.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports related to tender activities.
Requirements:
  • Hold a higher education degree.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in tender management or procurement.
  • Possess knowledge of local tender procedures and regulations.
  • Are a confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Are fluent in English (upper-intermediate) and have proficiency in Kazakh.
  • Can establish effective business relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Are skilled in time management and capable of multitasking.
  • Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
