You will have access to innovative equipment to effectively monitor our well sites. You will troubleshoot problems and act quickly to ensure efficiency is maintained for our customers.As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment
  • Solving often complex drilling problems, by monitoring, analyzing and evaluating incidents using logging and drilling data
  • Making basic maintenance on various types of field equipment and to determine the equipment's current operational status at the well site
  • Developing and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Directional Systems
  • Providing complex solutions in challenging Directional System environments
  • Completing additional advanced technical training and assigning well site development programs
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have rig drilling or directional drilling experience gained in an oil and gas environment
  • Be fluent in Kazakh, Russian (oral and written) and intermediate English
  • Have a technical degree or a High School Diploma /GED with equivalent work experience
  • Have more than 2 years experience in directional drilling or equivalent

  • This role is working with our customer on-site in locations across Kazakhstan. When onsite, you will have the flexibility to work in line with customer working patterns.
