At this stage of growth, we are strengthening our corporate finance and investor relations function to support structured fundraising and professional investor communication.✨ About the RoleAs Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations, you will own the company’s fundraising and investor relations function.You will be responsible for building financial models and valuation scenarios, managing the investor funnel, and leading fundraising processes from first contact to closing.This role works closely with the CFO and FP&A team to translate unit economics and business performance into clear and credible investment materials.📝 ResponsibilitiesFinancial Modeling & ValuationBuild and maintain driver-based financial and valuation modelsDevelop equity and debt scenarios (base / upside / downside)Manage dilution, cap table, and option pool modelingFundraising & Investor FunnelBuild and manage a structured investor pipeline (CRM, stages, follow-ups)Identify and prioritize target funds and strategic investorsDrive fundraising processes end-to-endInvestment Materials & Data RoomPrepare and maintain investor decks, financial narratives, and Q&A materialsBuild and manage the data room and due diligence documentationEnsure consistency of numbers and assumptionsInvestor CommunicationLead professional communication with potential and existing investorsOrganize and run investor meetings together with CFO/CEO/COOPrepare management for investor Q&AInternal CoordinationWork closely with FP&A and Legal teamsEnsure fast response to investor requests📩 Requirements4+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, VC/PE, or strategic financeStrong hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuationSolid understanding of unit economics in digital businessesExperience managing fundraising processesAdvanced Excel / Google SheetsStrong communication and presentation skillsHigh ownership and execution mindset🌍 LanguagesEnglish — C1Russian — С2🎁 What We OfferFull-time remote role in an international product IT companyDirect involvement in fundraising and investor relations at the company levelOpportunity to build and own a structured corporate finance and IR functionWork with senior leadership on strategic and investment topicsDynamic growth-stage environment with high ownership and responsibilityIf you want to work closely with leadership, own fundraising as a structured process, and build investor relations at scale — apply now.Swiss-based company.
