You will be an integral part of EPAM’s Global Finance department, specifically working within the Business Partnering Services team. Collaborating with over 300+ experts, you will play a vital role in expanding the business and driving our financial growth.The scope of the position consists of contacting customers, EPAM business to arrange timely debt payoffs through various means, e.g. written correspondence, phone contact, skip-tracing, and initiation of process improvements on the accounts, general ledger double entries, and other account receivables-related tasks.Responsibilities:Collection of all outstanding items due on assigned accountsCommunication with the customers and businesses via email or telephone regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment, identifying the cause and analyzing of overdue receivablesProviding response to issues reported by clients, escalation of problems to appropriate departments and monitoring of resolutionPreparing financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable statusResponding to the customer and Business inquiries and taking appropriate actionsKeeping accurate records in collection system and reporting on collection activity, upcoming payments and account receivables statusProcessing of customers’ payments (bank postings) and reconciliation with account receivable balances (clean up)Preparing and recording of provisionsMaintaining vendor formsMonthly and quarterly reports preparation, verification and control, including accounting records sanity and internal checksPerforming customer credit analysis utilizing customer financial documentation, payment history, account balances and external dataAchieving monthly cash collection goalsAssisting with annual and interim audit requestsAssuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelinesRequirements:Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar roleExcellent communication skills (written and oral)English level – B2+, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of order-to-cash procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing)Nice to have:Problem-solving skillsNegotiating skillsHigh school diploma;Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is a plusWorking knowledge of MS Office packageКомпания EРAM Systems Inc.
