Responsibilities:Lead channel/customer/distributor profitability analysis and drive automation and simplification initiativesPrepare and validate of NRR plans for Kyrgyzstan & UzbekistanLead the closing process in Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan (month-end, year-end, and hard closing periods)Perform root cause analysis of deviations in D&A vs. weekly, monthly, and annual forecastsWork on CDA governance policy (updates and standardization)Drive process standardization (closing, CDA model)Lead GTM projects in Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan from a finance perspectiveEnsure timely and accurate data submissionPrepare monthly channel/customer P&L for Kyrgyzstan & UzbekistanSupport the Sales Finance Manager during forecasting/AOP with ad hoc requestsSupport the Sales Finance Manager with post-promo validationRequirements:
  • University degree
  • Total 2-4 years’ experience in Sales Finance FMCG or Big 4
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (excel, word, PowerPoint, PowerBI) as well as 1C
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail while being able to see the whole picture
  • Leadership skills: set the agenda, taking others with you and doing it the right way
  • Analytical thinking skills
