HSE Specialist/Engineer (National Staff)

• Develop, implement, and monitor the project-specific HSE plan for retrofit activities in line with local regulations

• Lead and support incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders on safe sequencing of works and interface management.
• Support environmental compliance, including waste management, noise/dust control, and hazardous material

• Strong communication, reporting, and training skills
• Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001, local authority accreditation).
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in construction, with at least 2 years on retrofit/refurbishment projects.
• Knowledge of local HSE regulations, working in live/occupied environments, and retrofitting risk profiles.
• Language: Fluency in Uzbek and Russian; good command of English (spoken and written) preferable.
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or equivalent.
