IQVIA also supports associations, institutions, payers and other healthcare stakeholders in achieving better healthcare outcomes.We are excited to announce an amazing opportunity for the Key Account Manager position!This role will be based in Almaty and will report to the General Manager Eurasia Cluster.The main objective of the Key Account Manager is to drive our ambitious business expansion and market development plans in Kazakhstan and Eurasia. This dynamic role involves serving as the sales leader, relationship manager, and strategic business partner, responsible for developing and expanding new business opportunities within customer accounts in the Life Science and Healthcare sector.Key accountabilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Manage client relationships by establishing long-term, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders (mostly Pharma Companies)
  • Research and identify target markets, perform in-depth presentations, strategic analysis, and execution of implemented plans for the company offerings
  • Actively network in the industry to acquire new customers
  • Represent the company in front of strategic external conferences and events with clients and external partners, incl. Governmental institutions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all IQVIA services for appropriate cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Continuously monitor status of Customer Account Plans and business targets to ensure a pipeline of opportunities is maintained and continuously developed
