- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Manage client relationships by establishing long-term, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders (mostly Pharma Companies)
- Research and identify target markets, perform in-depth presentations, strategic analysis, and execution of implemented plans for the company offerings
- Actively network in the industry to acquire new customers
- Represent the company in front of strategic external conferences and events with clients and external partners, incl. Governmental institutions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all IQVIA services for appropriate cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
- Continuously monitor status of Customer Account Plans and business targets to ensure a pipeline of opportunities is maintained and continuously developed
