The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing both direct and indirect procurement categories, with a strong leadership focus on Direct Procurement (local sourcing and contract manufacturing).This role involves leading a team, building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of procurement objectives. The Procurement Manager will implement policies and processes in line with corporate standards, improve efficiency, and secure a solid Return on Procurement Investment (ROPI).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Team Leadership: motivate, coach, and develop the procurement team; manage performance and ensure engagement.
  • Strategy & Planning: define and implement procurement strategy in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Business Plan (LRBP).
  • Direct Procurement: lead local production and contract manufacturing projects (packaging, branded SKUs); ensure supplier compliance with cost, quality, and risk standards.
  • Supplier Management: build and manage a reliable network of suppliers; conduct negotiations and manage contracts in line with procurement governance.
  • Operational Excellence: ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs, optimize resources, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Process Improvement: identify and implement cost reduction initiatives and process efficiency improvements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: support business units by providing compliant and value-driven procurement services.
  • Market Insights: conduct research and analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and market trends; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: provide timely and accurate reports to leadership; track and evaluate procurement results.
  • Project Management: deliver procurement projects on time and within budget, ensuring business continuity.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Higher education degree.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in senior procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and developing talent.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • High proficiency in English and Russian (written and spoken).
  • Advanced computer literacy and familiarity with procurement systems.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
