- Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions across regions including Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
- Suggest and contribute to necessary optimization in recruiting processes.
- Research and onboard new tools for recruitment automation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates.
- Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in other HR projects.
- 3-5 years of in-house recruitment experience in tech or product companies.
- Ability to manage up to 10 positions simultaneously while ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (We use Workable and Hibob).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving processes, driving innovation, and implementing best practices.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is a must. Russian is nice to have.
