You'll work alongside collaborative and proactive teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless supplier delivery performance and driving continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as procurement, production, and planning), assess supplier risks, and lead performance improvement initiatives-and much more.You'll specifically take care of managing delivery crises, but also evaluating supplier capacity and supply chain capability on both an ad-hoc and regular basis.We'll look to you for:Animating Supplier Delivery PerformanceContributing to supplier delivery risks assessment & managementManaging delivery crises effectivelyEvaluating ad-hoc and regular supplier capacityAssessing ad-hoc and regular supplier supply chain capabilityLeading supplier delivery performance improvement plansEnsuring SDPM skills development through training and coachingAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
