Responsibilities:Develop and update accounting and tax policies in accordance with accounting and tax standards and the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan;Maintain tax accounting in compliance with current tax legislation;Organize and control accurate recording of transactions in tax accounting;Ensure timely preparation of tax registers;Control correct calculation of taxes and duties (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, property tax, land tax, transport tax, etc.);Prepare and submit tax reports within established deadlines;Liaise with tax authorities, prepare responses to inquiries, and participate in tax audits;Monitor timely payment of taxes and duties;Participate in tax planning and tax risk analysis;Prepare documentation for tax optimization within the framework of applicable legislation;Ensure proper storage of tax documentation in accordance with statutory retention periods;Control tax aspects of contracts and transactions;Advise accounting staff and other departments on accounting and tax matters;Represent the company’s interests in negotiations with counterparties;Perform reconciliations with tax authorities;Represent the company during annual external audits within the scope of responsibilities;Conduct monthly final control over regulatory procedures related to month-end closing;Ensure compliance of business processes with SOX requirements; participate in development and updates of related procedures and policies;Control inventory of capital investments in accordance with accounting policies and internal regulations;Review and approve newly concluded contracts regarding accounting and tax compliance;Control accounting and tax methodology and algorithms;Identify opportunities for optimization and automation of accounting and tax processes.Requirements:Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or Deputy Chief Accountant;Strong knowledge of accounting and tax legislation, currency regulations, labor and civil law;Experience working with 1C Enterprise;Strong leadership, decision-making skills, and experience interacting with regulatory authorities.We offer:Competitive salary;Social benefits package;Comfortable working conditions in a stable company;Professional development and participation in large-scale projects.Smart Solutions — международный провайдер HR-услуг и аутсорсинга бизнес-процессов, работающий в 8 странах: Казахстане, Узбекистане, Кыргызстане, Азербайджане, Украине, Польше, Грузии и ОАЭ.Наши достижения:
