Are you a DevOps engineer who can easily navigate the world of Big Data? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you.We are currently looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer (Big Data) to join our team and be an essential resource for managing the Big Data platform environment. The primary focus is to onboard the platform into the environment function and optimize the settings, processes, and support.This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.ResponsibilitiesDeliver and analyze requirements to find technical solutionsConsult and assist in infrastructure overviews and cost estimationsUse the DevOps approach to collaborate with developersBuild and operate critical, highly loaded systemsDevelop CI/CD approaches and toolsWrite infrastructure code and automationRequirements5+ years of Release / Deployment / Application Engineering experienceExpertise in Cloud technologies (AWS)Exposure to Big Data systems - Hadoop ecosystem, Cassandra, SparkPractical usage of auto configuration systems such as Puppet, Chef and AnsibleKnowledge of server-side and distributed softwareExposure to Agile, DevOps and ITIL processes and approachesFamiliarity with Linux scripting3rd line support of a large critical systemTechnologiesHadoop ecosystemClouderaHortonworks and other vendorsGrid Computing TechnologiesWe offer/BenefitsWe connect like-minded people:
