Responsibilities:Monitor and manage flight crew schedules in accordance with operational requirements and company policies.Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, duty time limitations, and rest requirements.Coordinate crew assignments, reassignments, and replacements in case of operational disruptions.Support daily flight operations by providing timely solutions to crew-related issues.Communicate effectively with flight crews, operations, and relevant departments.Maintain accurate records of crew activities, schedules, and duty periods.Participate in contingency planning and irregular operations management.Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for improving crew utilization.Requirements:Higher education in aviation, logistics, management, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in airline operations, crew scheduling, or a similar role.Knowledge of aviation regulations related to flight and duty time limitations.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and make prompt operational decisions.Proficiency in MS Office and relevant crew management systems.English — Intermdiate or above.Strong communication and teamwork skills.High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and professionalism.QAZAQ AIR was established on April 1, 2015 and operated its first commercial flight on August 27, 2015.The airline is an official member of IATA and has been successfully certified under the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program since 2018.On May 6, 2025, in the presence of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Mr. To Lam, General Secretary of Vietnam, the privatization of QAZAQ AIR was completed.The shareholders of QAZAQ AIR are:

On the same day, during the Kazakhstan–Vietnam Business Forum in Astana, QAZAQ AIR and Vietjet announced a strategic partnership and the launch of the new brand — Vietjet Qazaqstan.
