Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow your career in People & Culture within a global organization?We are looking for a People & Culture Associate to join our People & Culture team in Kazakhstan. In this role, you will support a wide range of P&C activities with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, reporting, and administrative processes. You will also act as a back-up for the People & Culture Specialist and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both OS and non-OS topics while contributing to a positive employee experience and a high-performance culture.Responsibilities:Recruitment & Campus ActivitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment processes, including OS recruitment and selected non-OS rolesCoordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment vendors to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experienceSupport and participate in MIB campus recruitment activities and employer branding initiativesPeople & Culture Operations / Back-upAct as a back-up for the People & Culture Specialist in daily P&C operationsProvide first-line support to employees and managers on P&C-related questions and processesHandle OS-related topics and support broader People & Culture initiativesInduction & OnboardingPrepare and deliver induction and onboarding sessions for new hiresCoordinate onboarding activities, documentation, and materials to ensure a seamless employee experienceContracts & Administrative SupportSupport contract administration, including tracking start/end dates and contract extensionsPrepare and process purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) related to P&C and OS activitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and HR recordsReporting & Data ManagementPrepare and maintain OS reports (headcount, turnover, and related metrics)Support Employee Engagement Survey (EES) data maintenance and reportingEnsure accuracy and timely updates of data in HR systemsP&C Programs SupportSupport the implementation and coordination of People & Culture programsCollaborate with P&C colleagues and cross-functional teams on joint initiativesRequirements:Experience or strong interest in recruitment and People & Culture operationsUnderstanding of core People & Culture processesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset and confidence working with reports and HR systemsOur Way driven performance mindsetFluent English; Russian is an advantageWhat We Offer:Opportunity to grow and develop within People & Culture in a global organizationExposure to international HR practices, systems, and projectsCompetitive compensation and benefits packageA culture built on respect, inclusion, and collaborationSupportive team environment and learning-oriented cultureOpportunity to build a strong foundation for a long-term HR careerAre you ready to join us?
