Analytical - Precise - Solution-OrientedAs Project and Cost Controller in Kazakhstan, you'll take ownership of monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. You'll prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports, validate contractor claims, and provide management with clear financial insights. Working closely with operations and site teams, you'll ensure cost control measures are implemented and deviations are addressed promptly.Join the force behind #NOTHING TOO HEAVY, NOTHING TOO HIGHResponsibilities:

Control and monitor total project cost, including verification of invoices and claims.
Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
Track project progress and identify deviations from approved cost and schedule.
Validate and assess contractor/supplier claims in coordination with the contracts team.
Prepare cost reports and ensure accurate cost coding and allocations.
Coordinate with operations and site teams for cost control inputs.
Provide regular updates and financial reports to management.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
5-7 years of experience in cost control/project control
Experience in EPC, construction, or industrial projects preferred
Strong cost control and financial analysis skills
Proficient in ERP systems and Excel
Advanced level of English, Russian, and Kazakh
