Responsibilities:
  • To carry out technical functions on maintenance and service of work of the Director:
  • To draw up documentation and record keeping;
  • To organize reception of visitors;
  • Controlling of incoming and outgoing correspondence and etc.;
  • To carry out a written translations Russian/English, English/Russian;
  • To carry out personal instructions of Director;
  • To carry out coordination of business trips of the Director (booking, tickets, visas registration, booking of hotels, a transfer, preparation of necessary documents for trip);
  • To perform the monthly financial reports, business trip reports for the Head office and according to the legislation of Kazakhstan with support of our accounting company;
  • To provide administrative support to colleagues of the representative office;
  • To coordinate with accounting company, banks etc.
  • To maintain cleanliness in the office
Requirements:
  • Higher education;
  • Working experience in the similar position (1-3 years);
  • Fluency in Russian and not less than Upper intermediate in English, German language skills are preferable but not must;
  • Good PC user (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Outlook);
  • Diligence, attentiveness, accuracy, responsibility, ability to work in stress situations and to make decisions;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • CV’s must be submitted in English
Conditions:5 days working week (Monday- Friday), 2 days off (Saturday, Sunday)09:00- 18:00 with daily one-hour lunch break, 24 calendar days annual paid vacationNo business trips to other locations
