- Design and implement scalable influencer, affiliate, and press strategies aligned with Mellanni’s growth goals.
- Lead both paid and gifted influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Own the expansion of affiliate programs via Amazon Creator Connections, TikTok Shop Affiliates, and others.
- Pitch and manage press outreach and relationships with major publishers.
- Collaborate on UGC strategy and creative testing for paid ad performance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small, high-performing team of contractors and freelancers.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive environment that encourages growth and continuous learning.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to set expectations and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage resilience, problem-solving, and a positive attitude to maintain high performance.
- Regularly analyze influencer and affiliate performance to identify cost-effective, high-ROI channels.
- Recommend strategic pivots, e.g. shifting from traditional influencer campaigns to affiliate-heavy strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and evaluate spend vs. return.
- Provide reporting that turns raw data into clear action plans and performance insights.
- Process & Platform Implementation
- Maintain up-to-date records and influencer/affiliate CRMs
- Spearhead the adoption of new tools and platforms
- Optimize internal workflows to reduce manual steps, increase team efficiency, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- 3+ years of experience managing influencer, affiliate, or press campaigns at an agency or brand level.
- Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey nuanced messages clearly and professionally.
- Strong command of tone, style, and cultural context to engage effectively with diverse audiences and media contacts.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms and influencer ecosystems, particularly within lifestyle/home/beauty categories.
- Experience managing publisher relationships—both organic and paid.
- Confident project manager with ability to oversee tools and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable making data-driven decisions and adapting strategies quickly.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Near-fluent to fluent proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
