Additionally, to lead international student recruitment efforts, manage academic mobility programs, and develop international partnerships in alignment with the University’s global strategy.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide career guidance to students, including CVs, cover letters, interviews, and career planningOrganise employability workshops, career events, employer talks, and job fairsBuild and maintain relationships with employers and industry partnersSupport student and staff mobility programs (study abroad, exchanges, internships)Assist with visa guidance, academic credit transfer, and mobility administrationDevelop and support international student recruitment activities and agent networksRepresent the University at international exhibitions, partner institutions, and eventsSupport and manage international partnerships and MOUsPrepare reports on career services, mobility outcomes, and recruitment activitiesRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Education, HR, International Relations, or a related fieldExperience in career services, international education, mobility, or student recruitmentStrong communication, presentation, and organisational skillsKnowledge of employability trends, international education, and visa processesProficiency in LinkedIn and digital career development toolsAbility to work with diverse student and academic communitiesWillingness to travel internationally and work flexibly when requiredBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefitsProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ careers and international educationCoventry University, основанный в 1843 году, является современной и перспективной образовательной организацией с гордой традицией предоставления качественного образования.
