An international company (cosmetics) is looking for a Sales&Marketing Manager (maternity leave cover), Almaty.Sales and Marketing Manager has full responsibility for the Brands’ business success and image by managing sales and marketing:
  • Responsible for implementation and achievement of sales plan and productivity targets.
  • Continuously monitors stock level and takes relevant actions.
  • Monitors merchandising and Brands’ visual excellence representation in stores.
  • Prepares pricelists and conducts price analysis.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of marketing activities.
  • Prepares relevant reporting.
  • Manages a team of POS employees, including recruitment, ongoing training, feedback, performance assessment, motivation, etc.
  • Establishes and maintains positive relationships with Retail Partners, updating them regularly on new initiatives and following up on team performance. Responsible for new stores openings.
  • Conducts competitive analysis and makes relevant suggestions.
  • Ensures all Brands’ guidelines and standards are followed by all employees, who work with the Brands.
