- Develop and implement marketing strategies for leasing services.
- Plan departmental budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, delegate tasks, and ensure team performance.
- Analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and strategic sales planning.
- At least 3 years of experience in team management.
- Proven background in automotive and car leasing industry.
- Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
- Established corporate network within the Kazakhstan market.
- Work in a team of experts in their field.
- Official employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Free international level training.
