- Registration of visitors and issuance of passes;
- Notifying relevant employees of the arrival of their visitors;
- Administration of company databases;
- Purchase of stationery, equipment and furniture;
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents;
- Answer queries by employees and clients;
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments;
- Book meeting rooms as required;
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages);
- Arrange travel and accommodations;
- Schedule in-house and external events;
- Candidate should be proactive, energetic, able to work under pressure with overtime schedule;
- Experience in administrative or similar position - mandatory;
- Comfortable with digital tools, proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Kazakh, Russian, Intermediate level of English, so please make brief English fluency check with candidates;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and a strong desire to learn new skills;
