- Lead end-to-end project management for CRM and related IT initiatives, from planning and scope definition to delivery and post-implementation review.
- Manage the implementation and enhancement of Bitrix CRM and 1C systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and user requirements.
- Coordinate collaboration between departments - sales, marketing, operations, IT.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain progress and quality.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting notes, and user manuals.
- Ensure transparency and effective communication for all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones and status.
- Optimize CRM processes, identify automation opportunities, and contribute to improving customer and internal user experience.
- Support training and onboarding of users, ensuring high adoption rates and continuous improvement of CRM usage.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT, CRM implementation, or digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Bitrix CRM and 1C systems (configuration, customization, user support, and reporting).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project — experience with any of these platforms is sufficient.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) - preference for Agile approach.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent).
- Experience in managing international or multi-country projects within a corporate or global organization.
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP (1C) process optimization, integration with third-party systems, and workflow automation.
- Advanced English (C1 or above) - required for documentation, reporting, and coordination with global teams.
