Цель должности:
Эффективное управление посудомоечным (Stewarding) отделом, обеспечение бесперебойной работы, соблюдение высоких стандартов чистоты и санитарии, а также руководство персоналом и замещение руководителя отдела в его отсутствие.Основные обязанности:
  • Организация и полный контроль работы посудомоечного отдела
  • Обеспечение соблюдения стандартов качества, санитарных норм и требований гигиены
  • Управление командой: постановка задач, распределение обязанностей, контроль исполнения
  • Планирование графиков работы, учет рабочего времени и оптимизация численности персонала
  • Контроль технического состояния, правильной эксплуатации и своевременного обслуживания оборудования
  • Обеспечение чистоты в зоне посудомоечной и прилегающих помещениях
  • Контроль закупа, расхода и наличия моющих средств, инвентаря и расходных материалов
  • Обучение, адаптация и развитие сотрудников отдела, контроль соблюдения техники безопасности
  • Взаимодействие с кухней и другими подразделениями для обеспечения эффективной работы
  • Контроль бюджета отдела, оптимизация затрат
  • Подготовка отчетности и ведение необходимой документации
Требования к кандидату:
  • Среднее специальное или высшее образование
  • Опыт работы в Stewarding или F&B от 3–5 лет, включая управленческий опыт
  • Знание санитарных норм, стандартов гигиены и техники безопасности
  • Развитые управленческие и организационные навыки
  • Умение работать в режиме многозадачности и принимать решения
  • Ответственность, внимательность, стрессоустойчивость, лидерские качества
  • Владение рабочими языками (русский / английский — желательно)
