- Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements (e.g., supply, service, forwarding, transportation, lease, license, distribution).
- Support in the analysis of legal risks and preparation of disagreement protocols.
- Conduct research on legal issues, including legislation updates in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Help with drafting responses to inquiries from government authorities and ensure legal compliance.
- Participate in preparation of claims, letters, and legal correspondence.
- Assist in reviewing tender documentation and standard contracts of state enterprises and national companies.
- Support negotiations and correspondence with partners and counterparties under supervision.
- Provide legal support and advice on current legislation, under guidance.Требования:Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Law from a recognized university.
- Basic knowledge of civil, commercial, and contract law in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kazakh and Russian; English is a plus.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
