Полный рабочий деньУсловияConditions:- Paid internship.- Flexible working hours to accommodate university schedules (if applicable).- Mentorship and guidance from experienced legal professionals.- Dynamic and supportive work environment.- Office located in Nurly Tau.ОбязанностиKey Responsibilities:- Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements (e.g., supply, service, forwarding, transportation, lease, license, distribution).- Support in the analysis of legal risks and preparation of disagreement protocols.- Conduct research on legal issues, including legislation updates in the Republic of Kazakhstan.- Help with drafting responses to inquiries from government authorities and ensure legal compliance.- Participate in preparation of claims, letters, and legal correspondence.- Assist in reviewing tender documentation and standard contracts of state enterprises and national companies.- Support negotiations and correspondence with partners and counterparties under supervision.- Provide legal support and advice on current legislation, under guidance.Требования к соискателюОбразованиеВысшееОпыт работыНе требуетсяТребованияRequirements:- Final-year student or recent graduate in Law from a recognized university.- Basic knowledge of civil, commercial, and contract law in the Republic of Kazakhstan.- Strong legal writing and analytical skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Good research skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kazakh and Russian; English is a plus.
