We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for live-streaming local operations and setting guidelines for creative agencies, influencers, and users, negotiating contracts and cooperating with content partners.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local content providers, building a "Live+" ecosystem through good collaborative relationships with local brands or companies.
- Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch LIVE streaming campaigns by following up on popular topics, events, and social hot issues.
- Responsible for user growth of TikTok LIVE, improving user retention, consumption rate and Average Revenue Per User value through management of user's life cycle.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Available to start immediately for a duration of 6 months.
- Strong communication and writing skills in Azerbaijani & English to enable ongoing collaboration and communication.Preferred Qualifications:
- Communicating in Azerbaijani is advantageous for supporting ongoing collaboration and communication.
- Capable of multitasking, taking initiative and collaborating effectively in a team setting.
