Job SummarySAP Consultant is responsible for the co-leadership, architecture, and operational excellence of the ERP team and landscape for Company. This role ensures Company’s ERP systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives, while driving innovation, integration quality, continuous improvement, and cost optimization. The position is responsible for safeguarding the integrity of SAP architecture and ensuring high-quality solutions across all functional domains.Responsibilities
  • Co-define the ERP strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and future needs
  • Act as overall SAP Design Authority, reviewing and approving solution designs, functional and technical specifications, and integration patterns
  • Oversee ERP operations including SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Human Capital Management, SAP BI/BO and BTP Platforms
  • Guide ERP transformation projects, application onboarding, and lifecycle management of the SAP landscape
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant ERP operations with minimal unplanned downtime
  • Manage ERP support and transition activities across the Company SAP portfolio
  • Provide expert advice on SAP modules (FI, MM, PM), reporting and integration technologies.
  • Guide cross-functional and technical teams, fostering collaboration and capability development
  • Support vendor management and quality assurance processes including the onboarding of suppliers
  • Implement automation tools and lean methodologies to optimize business processes and reduce manual efforts following Eliminate Simplify Standardize Automate or equivalent methodology
  • Facilitate Change Review Boards, daily scrums, and roadmap planning with stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to ABAP development standards and change management protocols
  • Promote knowledge sharing and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across ITM, Digital and business functions
Skills & Experience
  • 20+ years of IT experience preferably in SAP with deep expertise in SAP ERP project management, architecture, and delivery
  • Proven leadership in managing SAP ERP teams
  • Experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Support Transition
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP ECC and integration technologies
  • Experience in SAP solution design, quality assurance, and SAP lifecycle implementations (minimum 2 full cycles)
  • SAP certified; ITIL certified; TOGAF certification preferred
  • Skilled in SAP Architecture, BTP, SAP Cloud Products, and SAP Application Portfolio Management
  • Demonstrated success in ERP operations, Application Managed Services support, transition management, and vendor engagements
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience in automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication in English, influencing, and leadership skills with ability to deliver through others and without authority
